Acknowledgments

Thanks to the workers of Kennedy Carter (now Abstract Solutions).  It was a real pleasure and a privilege to work with such a great bunch of experienced and knowledgeable guys.  Special thanks go to Ian Wilkie who provided many pieces of the Matrix puzzle, some of which I didn't understand or just ignored at the time and later rediscovered for myself.  I also enjoyed explaining bits of the early Matrix concept to Andy Land with whom I shared an office and a particularly noisy server.
