Matrix Glossary

 

Fact  -  One piece of discrete information about an actual thing (object) in a Real or Imagined World.  A Fact can be visualized as a field in a table at the intersection of a column and row.

 

Instance - Often visualized as a row in a table.  It is an object that belongs to a class in a model.

 

Silo - Any vertical set of realms in the Matrix that exist at a single meta level.

 

Real World - Humans cannot know the Real World directly but perceive it through senses, experience and abstraction.

 

Realm - A collection of closely related domains, usually stemming from a previous more general domain or subject matter.

 

Renormalization - The act of adjusting the Matrix to accommodate a new Model Compiler, so that M0 is always in alignment with the Real World.
